Welcome to Your1M.com ("the Service" or "we"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is a price-comparison tool for AI model purchases: it converts prices across different channels and selling methods into a unified measure ("Your 1M") based on the usage profile you provide, and shows the calculation details.

Important:

• The prices, capacities, and calculation results shown by the Service are for reference only and do not constitute purchase advice, investment advice, or any form of commitment;
• Model prices are published by suppliers and may change at any time; the Service computes based on the public information it has collected and does not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or absolute accuracy of that information. If you find an error, you are welcome to report it via the correction feature;
• The final purchase decision and transaction are between you and the relevant supplier; the Service is not a party to any transaction.

2. Accounts

• Some features (such as saving profiles, submitting feedback, or using the assistant) may require an account. You should provide true and accurate information and keep your login credentials secure;
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us promptly;
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or applicable law.

3. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful activity;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems or data;
• Scrape or abuse the Service at scale (including, but not limited to, malicious high-frequency calls or bypassing limits);
• Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, interface, documentation, and calculation methods are our intellectual property (unless otherwise stated). Without permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or use them for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to: availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, error-free operation, or non-interruption.

We are not liable for: data omissions or errors, supplier price changes, service interruptions, or any decisions you make based on the calculation results and their consequences.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability will in no event exceed the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event in question (if you have paid nothing, we bear no liability).

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for reasonable operational needs.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a people's court of competent jurisdiction.
